Hello all,

I know this might come as a shock to you, but it's time for me to try out some new things here in LFS while I have the chance. RDSR was my first affiliate team in CityDriving and I've enjoyed every minute of it! It's was quite a challenge and I may have made some mistakes from time to time, but overall I think I've managed quite well. After 3 years of being an RDSR member, it's time to try out some new roads.

With that being said, I'd like to announce that,

[RDSR] Roy will be taking over leadership of RDSR from now on and I'm confident that he will make the team progress even further. Thanks for stepping up to the mark Roy!

With the Team Mentor role vacant, we had to choose somebody to take the place of Roy.

Nismo, I want to thank you for all the hard work you did for the team. You have been of great value for RDSR, being leader for years.

For me you have been great leader and a super friend these years. I still remember the day you invited me for RDSR, which started my time here. You've also been a great mentor for me. I hope you will enjoy the new way your are going to pave now. You will be an inspiration for a great deal of people, which you have been for me since day one.

Thank you for everything you have done for RDSR, you have done exceptionally well managing RDSR over the last year, it certainly would not be as great as it is today without you, and I certainly would not have been able to have done my job without you. We've had so many good memories together, and I'm sure we'll continue to create more!

I have full confidence Roy will be able to continue to strive and keep RDSR afloat and I'd also like to say well done to Borja for his promotion, he's been a very heart-warming member the minute he joined, I'm sure he'll also strive.

Well, that is really sad to hear
as always im a bit later than most but still i want to express myself
When you got the reigns for RDSR i was hoping you could be as close as possible to the good leader Connor was back then. You definitely disappointed my hopes at no moment! I want to thank you for growing yourself being the leader, for growing our team and for all the good times. The teams reputation and standard grew so much, in the time with you, i really think that is a ig reason to be proud of what youre leaving for Roy to handle. We hosted some really awesome events and had a lot of fun even outside of LFS, which makes me happy to be part of this team, even though i might not be that active anymore. Whatever is planned for the future, im sure every door is open for you to take a peek and do whatever you want :) For you i wish only the best!

Roy i'm really glad to see you infront now, you sure will lead the team with a lot of commitment and strength. Being kind where kindness should be given, being noble where it is needed and being hard where that is needed. That sounds like a speech of a guy crowning the new king lol but never the less you will do great and everybody in this team will stand behind you! Also maybe we get a little fresh wind from a guy who actually drives on the right side of the road in real life :P

Borja, youre just the right guy for being team mentor. Youre one of the friendliest and kindest people i know, and that are the main features i think that are most important to being Team Mentor! Its almost like the grandfather looking after his kids, being always friendly and forgiving but always trying to make better persons out of them and guide them to more happiness. I can totally see you doing this all day long all night through. You will rock this :)
